Who is eligible?

Must Identify as transgender (transfeminine, transmasculine, non-binary, gender diverse, genderqueer, gender non-conforming, etc.)

Must currently be a resident of Davidson County
How does it work?

Applicants must complete the online application

A steering committee member will contact you to confirm provided information and request any necessary supporting documents and/or further information

How can funds be used?*

Limited financial assistance for prescription drug costs and lab costs for gender affirming hormones

Limited transportation assistance (eg. Bus Passes, LYFT to medical appointments as needed)

Grocery assistance
-
Limited utility payment assistance

Limited rent/temporary housing assistance

Limited technical assistance and limited financial support with gender affirming documents, such as name and gender marker changes, assistance with updating birth certificates, social security cards and other related documents.
